We purchased our very first distressed property in South Jersey in May of 2010. The property was a single home in which we completely renovated it and resold it a few years later.

We attempted the same formula in Philadelphia not long afterwards however after our only potential buyer of the home pulled out at the last minute, we decided to keep the property to rent it out.

Today, we continue that same buy & hold process of purchasing distressed homes and completely renovating them with transformations that are nothing short of spectacular.
