  • RENT PAYMENTS - All payments must be paid online on your monthly invoice. If you need assistance in obtaining your invoice, please email us at info@tarltonproperties.net or call (800) 588-4009 leave a vm and we will contact you to assist.

  • MAINTENANCE REQUESTS - Please submit all maintenance requests inside the tenant portal. 

 

FAQ

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

  • Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee is imposed on or after the 5th day of the month. 

HOW DO I PAY MY RENT? 

  • All payments must be made via debit card on your monthly invoice that you will receive by the 20th of each month for the next month rent. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK?

  • The security deposit is to be returned within thirty (30) days after vacating the rental unit, in one check payable to all persons who signed the lease.

 

AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS?

  • It depends where you live, some buildings are pet friendly and some are not, however no pets are allowed without prior written consent, a signed pet addendum and deposit.

 

CAN I INSTALL A SATELLITE DISH ON THE PROPERTY?

  • No, please contact management to discuss your specific situation.

 

DO I NEED RENTERS INSURANCE?

  • Yes, renters insurance is required per the lease agreement.
